Placing an Order

If you would like to place your order by phone, please call our toll free number 1-800-210-6221. A swimsuit specialist is available to assist in finding the suit that meets your individual needs. Monday thru Friday 8:30am-5:00pm (EST). You may also email us at sales@swimcity.com for any assistance you may need.

Shipping

Please allow 1 to 2 business days for order processing. Orders are processed Monday thru Friday 8:30am-5:00pm (EST). If the item is in-stock it will be shipped within 24-48 hours.

All orders in the United States are shipped via UPS. When placing an order, our system will automatically calculate the exact amount to be charged for shipping, UPS Ground, UPS 2nd Day Air, or UPS Next Day Air. UPS does not deliver to P.O. boxes. Any order placed in the United States over $150 will qualify for free shipping via UPS Ground.

Orders shipped within the state of Florida will have 7% sales tax added to the order.

International orders will be shipped via DHL and may have additional duties and fees.

You will be notified if an item is out of stock. If you order merchandise with different availability times, we will ship your order when it is complete. If you decide to have items shipped separately as soon as they become available you will be billed for each shipment. Backordered items will be shipped via UPS Ground.

Returns & Exchanges

Your satisfaction is our number one priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept exchanges or returns on any non-sale items within 30 days of purchase.

Our online return policy differs from our in-store policy. All merchandise purchased through swimcity.com must be returned to one of our stores or through our return portal link below.

All returned/exchanged items must have original tags attached and be accompanied by receipt. Swimwear and clothing may not be returned if worn, soiled or washed. All returns and exchanges must be shipped within 30 days of delivery. Credit will be given in original form of payment, excluding any shipping costs. Credits will be issued within 10 days of receiving returned merchandise.
