Your satisfaction is our number one priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept exchanges or returns on any non-sale items within 30 days of purchase.

 

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Re:do Free Returns + Package Protection

Customers now have the option to purchase Free Returns + Package Protection via Re:do on online orders. This allows for free returns if necessary and full package protection on your order if it is somehow lost or stolen.

If you did not purchase Free Returns + Package Protection via Re:do and need to make a return, you may still use our return portal to purchase a return label through Re:do at discounted shipping rates. 

Please Note: If purchased, Free Returns + Package Protection via Re:do is non-refundable.

 

Damages and issues 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and try to make things right.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure that you get what you want is to return the item(s) you have, and then make a separate purchase for the new item(s) after the return is accepted. However, if you would like to exchange one item for another, feel free to use our return portal here.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. It may also take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post your refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return and you have not seen a refund, please contact us at sales@swimcity.com or call 1-800-210-6221 during our business hours (Monday-Friday 9am-5pm EST).

Please note: Any shipping costs (including Re:do Free Returns + Package Protection if purchased) are non-refundable.
