Right of Withdrawal (EU/EEA/UK Customers)

If you are a consumer located in the European Union, European Economic Area, or the United Kingdom, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.

Withdrawal period

The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day you (or a third party you designate) receive the goods.

How to exercise your right of withdrawal

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by an unequivocal statement (via an email to sales@swimcity.com or via our returns portal). Please include your order number and the items you wish to withdraw.

Effects of withdrawal / refunds

If you withdraw, we will reimburse payments received for the withdrawn items (and standard delivery costs if applicable) without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you provide evidence you have sent them back, whichever is earliest.

Returning the goods

You must send back the goods without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day you communicate your withdrawal. You are responsible for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Exclusions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
